Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, I do accept rush orders. Please be sure to add the rush order listing when placing your order, as this is the only way I can guarantee delivery by your requested date. Without the rush order listing, I will not be able to ensure your order arrives in time.
What is your turnaround time?
My current turnaround time for orders is approximately 10 weeks.
How do I know if I need to add the rush order listing?
When placing your order, please note the estimated delivery date shown under “Order today and get it by.” If you need your order to arrive before that date, you will need to add the Rush Order Listing to your purchase. Without the rush option, I am unable to guarantee delivery prior to the date provided.
Why does it take so long to get my order?
All fish extenders, classroom behavior charts, and job charts are individually handmade and custom-designed. I create each order from start to finish. I cut the fabric, embroider the designs, and sew everything together. Because every item is made to order, no two pieces are exactly alike, making each one truly unique.
